EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Please note we do not provide exchanges/refunds on pierced jewellery due to hygiene reasons, under any change of mind circumstance.
We do not offer refunds on any purchases unless a FAULT is identified, then we will compensate with a new replacement product or a full refund of your purchase. This must be issued and returned to us within 10 days of receiving your product otherwise the faulty refund cannot be processed.
Exchanges will be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. We are happy to process exchanges, but the customer will need to compensate for the postage fees.
At Avenue Designs we offer a 3 month warranty on all of our products, in this period we are happy to repair your purchase at no extra cost. Note that jewellery will only be repaired or replaced upon assessment, if the damage is wear and tear, misuse, or neglected measures of care then it will not be accepted. For example chipping, snapping, tarnishing etc. We recommend checking out our care guide to ensure the lifetime of your jewellery. We reserve the right to not repair any goods after the 3 month period, an additional fee may be added if the good does not meet requirements.
EXCHANGING A PURCHASE FROM A STOCKIST
Please contact the store you bought your good from if you would like to exchange your item. We do not accept exchanges if the purchase has been made from a stockist.
